Order Fulfillment
Shop Products:
Most shop products that do not involve customization or personalization, will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days before being shipped.
Custom and Semi-custom Shop Products:
Shop products that involve customization or personalization, will be fulfilled within 2-4 business days before being shipped.
Bulk Card Orders:
Bulk card orders that may or may not involve customization or personalization, will be fulfilled within 7-10 business days before being shipped.
Original Artwork:
Orders that consist of original artwork will be carefully packaged and fulfilled within 1-3 business days before being shipped.
Custom House Portraits and Venue Portraits:
The current production and shipping timeframe of custom house portraits and venue portraits are 2-4 weeks.
Custom Painting Commissions:
Clients will receive a separate timeline for their project.
Shipping
We are not responsible for delays due to customs or postal service issues. Address changes cannot be made after an order has been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
We reserve the right to change shipping carriers at our discretion. All shipping timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll be happy to do our absolute best to help and find a solution!
