Shop Products, Stationery, and Gifts:

For shop stationery and gift products, we will gladly exchange or offer store credit upon receiving your returned order within 30 days of the purchasing date, so long as the item(s) is not used, open, or a final sale item.

Original Artwork Listed For Sale:

Original artworks purchased are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned to original payment method, or returned for store credit.

Custom and Semi-custom Shop Products:

All custom and semi-custom products and services that involve personalization/customization in any way are non-refundable and are final sale. (For example, this may or may not be limited to: custom stamped pencils and notebooks, bulk card orders, personalized stationery, etc.).

​Custom Painting Services and Commissions:

For custom painting commissions, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only. After 24 hours, your order cannot be cancelled or modified and orders are non-refundable. (For example, this may or may not be limited to: custom house portraits, custom venue portraits, custom pet portraits, any kind of custom artwork, etc.).
